Our Classes
Fundamentals
Aimed at Beginners, this course teaches you everything you need to know to start and get going having fun on the mats
Gi
Gi classes are those where the training is in the pyjamas, err, kimono/Gi
No Gi
No Gi classes have become more popular recently and training is without the Gi and just in shorts and compression gear or T shirts.
